Refund policy

Items purchased from Bongo Babe are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. A valid Return confirmation is required for items to be returned. Please e-mail hi@bongobabe.com - to begin this process. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.

Bongo Babe does not provide refunds (only store credit or exchange)

 

The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return:
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
- Bathing/Swimwear/Beachwear/Swim Sets
- Party Dresses (including white dresses)
- Jewelry
- SALE Items (All items in the SALE category)

 

We process returns within 5-7 business days after we receive them (usually sooner) - Keep a look out for an email for any exchange confirmations
